The Valmont Contingency Released Today
I’m so excited that I finished editing the API docs for the day job and posted them early so I could lurk on the Carina Press website. VC is the first book listed under New Releases:
I now, officially, have a backlist. In celebration, how about a contest of sorts? Leave a comment and I’ll pick someone randomly for a free copy of The Valmont Contingency.
I’m even taking a break from The Nobinata Gambit (the next book in the series) for the day.

Congratulations, I can’t wait to read it.
Thanks, Steph, and thanks for stopping by today. 🙂
ok, I laughed outloud while drinking my coffee while reading the excerpt where he thought she was saying his name – my dogs came running – all three – great rhythm with the humor – can’t wait to read – I’m hooked!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for commenting.
Woot! Woot! Can’t wait to read it.
Major congrats to you, Val! Very exciting for you these days.
Congratulations! You mean I now have another series to catch up on?
Don’t enter me in the contest, I’ve got my copy 2 minutes ago, just wanted to congratulate you. I’m so excited. Can’t wait for the weekend when I’ll be able to read it.
Ditto what Amberly said. Already got mine! Any idea when the PB comes out? Looking forward to your next signing!
okay, okay–you wanted comments—NICE comments, just don’t expect correctly spelled comments.
i am looking forward to reading your book and deciding if it is space opera or not, and to enjoy the kinky sex that i’ve heard so much about. i have no doubt that the humor will be over the top, hopefully with a few groan out loud puns thrown in along with sly, hard to spot insider jokes just for the firefly junques,
i hope you have the next SF outlined to take advantage of the over the top sails of this one.
now i really must get back to my WIP, i only have 12,000 words of my 10,000 word goal done. you don’t happen to know what a sex therapist would have been called in 1971 do you? she is also a retired professor from the U of I.

ps how do you sign the electronic copy?
